Dear Friends and Valued Customers:

For ten years, it has been my pleasure to offer our community an Italian-style experience of family dining and hospitality. It is with heartfelt gratitude and a little sadness that I announce the closing of Travaglione's Ristorante. On June 25, Travaglione's will serve the last of our wholesome, delightful dinners.

In keeping with the mission of the restaurant, I look forward to spending more time with my family, and especially our grandchildren. I expect to serve the community by offering catering at some level, and I may take advantage of this opportunity to publish a cookbook containing the family recipes, holiday meal plans, and special events that have inspired Travaglione's success.

Our customers have become our friends. After so many years, it seems impossible to individually thank every person who has made our business a success. We would like to invite our friends to come by and share a memory, and a meal, in the last weeks that we are open. The restaurant will be open Monday-Friday for lunch and every night through June 25 to accommodate all of our well-wishers.

I also want to extend our thanks to the people of Shelton and the surrounding communities for your support over the years.
